Safe sisterhood space to set intentions
Understanding striptease as a ritual, not a performance

2. Embodiment & Sensual Flow

Somatic awakening: breath and pelvic activation
Sensual movement with music
Mirror or blindfold practices for deeper self-connection

3. Striptease & Lapdance Basics

Learn sensual movements: slow undressing, hips, gaze, timing
Working with clothing (jacket, scarf, blouse)
Exploring your authentic sensual expression

4. Sacred Seduction Ritual

Individual or group expression within the circle
Each clothing layer as a release of old beliefs
Empowering affirmations: “I am sensual. I am free. I am sacred.”

5. Integration & Closing

Sharing circle: reflections and insights
Closing ritual with tea, cacao, or sacred oils
