Today I had the honor of guiding two beautiful souls through their very first breathwork session.

Two completely different journeys…
exactly as it’s meant to be.

One went deep into the body.
Tingling, energy, flow… especially in the hands, feet, arms and legs.

This is no coincidence.
Through the breath, the balance of CO₂ in your body shifts,
allowing your system to open…
and emotions to surface.

Energy looks for a way out.
Through your extremities.

The torso often stays quieter…
that’s where the deepest layers are stored.
Tension. Old patterns. Blocks in your chakras.

Where there is less movement…
there is often the most.

The other journey moved into a different realm.
Seeing loved ones who had passed.

Feeling what we so often forget…
that they are still there.
Always.

Yet both exactly what was needed.

The breath opens.
