Two years ago, I began my Kundalini Dance facilitator training with the incredible @leyolah_antara in the sacred energy of Ibiza. 🏝️

That journey was the spark, an initiation into the deep wisdom of movement, breath and energy alchemy.

Since then, I have continued to grow, expand and embody even more of this sacred work.
